Follow new updates and improvements to DoxFlowy.

January 29th, 2025

This release introduces a data retention policy to enhance user data management and security. Users can now request data deletion, which will be scheduled accordingly. Additionally, inactive accounts (180+ days) will be automatically deleted to ensure data hygiene.

We’ve also made major improvements to the form builder, making it easier to organize fields and questions efficiently.

In this release, we introduced the ability for users to change question types within the workflow form builder, providing greater flexibility in form creation. Additionally, we've made several improvements and fixed known bugs to enhance the overall user experience.

New Features

  • Question Type Change: Users can now modify question types (e.g., text, number, etc.) within the form builder, streamlining workflow customization.

Improvements

  • Loading Effect: Added a loading effect when creating a new signature for better visual feedback.

  • End-User Signing UI Enhancements:

    • The last guided signing button no longer says "Move to Next", improving clarity.

    • The Begin Signing button now has an updated color for better visibility.

  • Post-Submission Navigation: When editing a published workflow, the Back button on the post-submission page now correctly redirects to the analytics page.

Bug Fixes

  • Google Sign-Up 500 Error: Fixed an issue that caused sign-ups via Google to fail with a server error.
