Overview

Enhancing workflow flexibility, this update introduces a ‘Workflow Management’ section on the Document Settings page. Users can now configure multiple documents within a single workflow, allowing them to generate all required documents at once instead of just one.

User Experience Flow

1️⃣ Users navigate to the Document Settings page.
2️⃣ Under the ‘Workflow Management’ section, they add additional documents.
3️⃣ When a questionnaire is filled out, all associated documents are generated at once.

Acceptance Criteria

✔ A user can configure multiple documents within a single workflow.
