Follow new updates and improvements to DoxFlowy.

DoxFlowy Data Retention Policy

This release introduces a data retention policy to enhance user data management and security. Users can now request data deletion, which will be scheduled accordingly. Additionally, inactive accounts (180+ days) will be automatically deleted to ensure data hygiene.

We’ve also made major improvements to the form builder, making it easier to organize fields and questions efficiently.

  • Form Builder Enhancements:

    • Added date and number type questions.

    • Introduced ‘Insert section after’ option in the question dropdown.

    • Sections can now be moved along with their questions to another page.

  • Fixed workflow editor font-size inconsistency.

  • Fixed default signature bug on the eSign editor.

  • Fixed update selected signature bug.

  • Fixed eSign tool initials type bug and corrected premium badge redirects.

  • Fixed form conditional compound conditions bug.

  • Fixed multiple UI bugs in the workflow menu.

  • Fixed eSign dropdown item triggers and folder access switch bugs.

  • Fixed CC recipients issues (edit/delete functionality).

  • Fixed dashboard options, removing the ‘Add to folder’ option.

  • Fixed 404 error page issue for CC recipients.

  • UI fixes for the ‘Choose a Signer’ page and the ‘Review & Send’ page.

  • Fixed an issue where a workflow template wasn't deleted after deleting a linked workflow.

Question Type Change & Enhancements

In this release, we introduced the ability for users to change question types within the workflow form builder, providing greater flexibility in form creation. Additionally, we've made several improvements and fixed known bugs to enhance the overall user experience.

New Features

  • Question Type Change: Users can now modify question types (e.g., text, number, etc.) within the form builder, streamlining workflow customization.

Improvements

  • Loading Effect: Added a loading effect when creating a new signature for better visual feedback.

  • End-User Signing UI Enhancements:

    • The last guided signing button no longer says "Move to Next", improving clarity.

    • The Begin Signing button now has an updated color for better visibility.

  • Post-Submission Navigation: When editing a published workflow, the Back button on the post-submission page now correctly redirects to the analytics page.

Bug Fixes

  • Google Sign-Up 500 Error: Fixed an issue that caused sign-ups via Google to fail with a server error.

This update enhances usability, improves navigation, and resolves key issues to ensure a smoother experience.

DoxFlowy Document Conditional Logic

This release introduces document conditional logic, empowering users to add conditional text while creating documents. Additionally, we've made workflow improvements and fixed a key billing issue.

New

  • Document Conditional Logic – Users can now define conditional text within documents, enabling dynamic content based on predefined conditions.

Improvements

  • Enhanced Workflow Creator – Users can now add names when sending forms to roles, improving the eSign audit trail for better tracking and compliance.

Fixes

  • eSign Download Billing Error – Resolved an issue that caused incorrect billing when downloading eSigned documents.
